Evil Mind attends CARTOON GAMES 2013
In the last 3DWire, our last game “Extinction: Zombie Survival” won the Cartoon Award for Best Game.
¿Do you want to know Mr. Ming? He’s a little bit shy and doesn’t like mondays, but… you end liking him :)
The prize was awarded by 3DWire in association with CARTOON and will allow us go to Lyon and be in the next CARTOON Games event, which is an intense and efficient pitching event intended to create a synergy between animation professionals, investors and game studios.
Thank you so much!!
A few days ago we stood at Madrid Games Week and thanks to MadeInSpain Games we could share a stand with other indie spanish game companies.
That was a very satisfactory experience. We could show our games, get people’s feedback and, of course, with the other game studios at the stand we could demonstrate that the Spanish game industry has a lot of potential.
In conclusion, it was a very fun and productive event that we would like to repeat.
Due to the commitment of CARTOON and 3D WIRE to the videogame industry, CARTOON GAMES 2013 will boast a delegation of nine spanish companies: Abylight, Casual Brothers, Evil Mind Entertainment, Immersive Interactive, Moonbite Games, Mutant Games, Osom Video Games, Super Awesome Hyper Dimensional Mega Team and Unkasoft Advergaming.
CARTOON GAMES 2013
Just before Cartoon Movie, take the opportunity to meet new partners from the animation or video games sector! Mutual benefit is the key. Following the success of the first edition in 2012, Cartoon Games will now take place during a whole day (instead of an afternoon only).
Objectives
- To create synergies between these two complementary industries.
- In the long term, to encourage producers to bring a game partner at the same EARLY stage as the co-producer and the distributor in the process of a feature film, in order to develop concurrently a feature film and a game based on the same characters, like major hit films.
Here we go, Lyon!
